Does QuestBlue offer sample code for the API?

Yes, absolutely. We offer this sample code on where you can experience multiple versions of using the API regardless of your deployment from C#, PHP, CURL, etc.

Will QuestBlue help me fix my API errors in code?

Yes, we most certainly help you and provide answers to your questions. Limitations apply based on your programmer’s abilities. 

Can I do everything in the API that I can do in the user portal?

Yes, you can and actually do more because you will be in full control. Many customers have gone on to completely duplicate our user portal and developed a fully functional company just like QuestBlue via our API

Do I always have to be current in the API version number?

No, if your working perfectly based on your requirements then nothing needs to change. However, we do always recommend keeping up to date on changes and improvements to the API. 

Will QuestBlue answer my overseas programmer's questions?

Yes, our support team will work with anyone assigned to your account that has questions about implementing our API.

Does QuestBlue offer custom programming packages?

No, what we will do is refer you to a website like UpWork and agree to assist your hired programmer or in-house programmer to achieve your ultimate goals.

Do you still maintain the API?

Yes, every week there are additions to the API based on customer demand. We will accept requests to our development team and if approved we will deploy a new update.

If QuestBlue moves to RESTful v3 do I scrap all my work?

No, we will maintain the usability of any previous version but you will not receive support after 12 months of the announcement date when a new version is available.
