This section should describe how the message sender is collecting and processing opt-outs when a subscriber requests to no longer receive messages associated with the phone number and/or any phone numbers associated with the campaign. Also, message senders are responsible for maintaining opt-out date to ensure that subscribers do not receive any future messages related to the campaign which they opted-out unless opted-in
again.
