Essential Unified Communications Trends

10DLC CAMPAIGN REGISTRATION

CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION:

The campaign description should thoroughly state the messaging use case for the campaign. Vague campaign descriptions are one of the top reasons 10DLC campaigns are rejected by mobile providers.

SAMPLE MESSAGE:

Sample messages of the content that will be sent from phone numbers associated with the campaign. Messages should contain opt-out language / a
subscriber must be able to opt-out by replying with a keyword (Stop, End, etc.)

HOW ARE YOU COLLECTING AND PROCESSING CONSUMER OPT-INS?

This section should describe how the message sender is collecting and processing opt-outs when a subscriber requests to no longer receive messages associated with the phone number and/or any phone numbers associated with the campaign. Also, message senders are responsible for maintaining opt-out date to ensure that subscribers do not receive any future messages related to the campaign which they opted-out unless opted-in again.

HAVE YOU IMPLEMENTED MESSAGE REPLY PROVIDING CUSTOMERS ON HOW THEY CAN CONTACT THE MESSAGE SENDER AFTER THEY REPLY WITH THE “HELP” KEYWORD?

Message senders must implement a process so that when a subscriber responds “Help”, they receive a response with information on how to contact the message sender. This is a required field; any campaigns that are submitted with “No” answered will automatically be rejected.

WHAT DID(S) WILL BE USED FOR THIS CAMPAIGN?

The DIDs that will be associated with the campaign should be listed in this field. A campaign cannot contain more than 49 DIDs.
